With over 15 years of dedicated service to Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS), Kelly Earley is a passionate educator who believes in the power of CTE to transform student lives. After 12 successful years shaping minds at the middle school level, Kelly transitioned to the high school kitchen, where she currently serves as a Culinary Arts Teacher.Kelly is a recognized leader in the New York State professional community. Her expertise extends to the national stage as well; she has been a featured presenter at the ACTE’s CareerTech VISION Conference for the last three consecutive years, sharing innovative strategies with educators from across the country.Whether they are perfecting a recipe in the culinary lab or advocating for CTE funding at the state level, Kelly remains driven by a single guiding principle: Students always come first.
