2026 VATFACS, Inc. Professional Development Institute Registration Information
The registration fees for the 2025 VATFACS Professional Development Institute prior to June 15, 2026, are:
VATFACS or VAFCS Member - $335
Non-Member - $415
Student - $335
One-Day Registration, Administrators Only - $250
The registration fees for the 2025 VATFACS Professional Development Institute after June 15, 2026, are:
VATFACS or VAFCS Member - $390

The institute registration fee includes admission to Institute sessions, and breakfast and lunch Monday through Wednesday. Some credentialing sessions, post institute sessions, and educational excursions require preregistration and additional fees. Please be advised that if an individual registers for a training or credentialing session and cancels last-minute (e.g., within the week of the conference or on-site) or is a no-show, an administrative charge will follow.

Payment and Invoicing Reminders
If you pay your conference balance with a credit card, you will receive an automatically-generated itemized invoice from Sched/Stripe.
If you pay your conference balance with a check and have an outstanding balance, you will receive an automatically-generated invoice from Sched/Strip with the balance amount. Please do not panic.
The convenience of paying by check or purchase order requires us to manually key payments and generate updated invoices. VATFACS will follow-up with an itemized invoice and W-9 form so that payment can be issued by you or your school division.
